Purpose
This acceptable use policy describes permitted and prohibited uses of Uniiq Operations.
It supplements our Terms of use.
Permitted use
- Workforce planning, rostering, project execution, and operational reporting for your organisation.
- Collaboration with colleagues and contractors authorised by your organisation administrator.
- Reasonable export, backup, and integration of operational data you control.
Prohibited use
- Attempting unauthorised access, probing, or bypassing security controls.
- Uploading malware, abusive content, or unlawful material.
- Harassing, discriminating against, or impersonating others.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling the service without written permission.
- Using the platform in a way that materially degrades service for other tenants.
- Automated access except through documented APIs when available and authorised.
AI-assisted features
AI outputs are assistive only.
Do not rely on them for safety-critical, payroll, or legal decisions without human review. See our AI usage policy and Responsible AI principles.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, suspend accounts, or remove content where necessary to protect users and the service.
Organisation administrators are responsible for their users’ compliance.
